Johanna Grassick was born in Africa to a French mother and Scottish father, but that was enough excitement and she’s lived most of her life in Manchester, UK. She is a member of the Romantic Novelists’ Association, has been shortlisted for the RNA Elizabeth Goudge Award and came 3rd in the Sophie King Prize 2014. Her short story, Rum Truffle, can be found in the Sophie King Prize anthology, Love Is All You Need.
Her debut novel, Her Forget-Me-Not Ex, was published under the pseudonym Sophie Claire by Accent Press in June 2015. It's a heartwarming contemporary romance set on a vineyard in Provence.
